Contact
We're a small team. We read every message, though we can't always reply quickly. The more specific you are, the more useful we can be.
Email us
The best way to reach us is by email: [email protected]
We aim to respond to most messages within 3–5 business days, though complex technical questions may take longer.
What to include in your message
To help us respond usefully, include the following where relevant:
- For bugs: Your browser and OS version, the content type you were generating (e.g., Wi-Fi, vCard), the exact steps that caused the problem, and a screenshot if possible.
- For feature requests: A description of the use case you're trying to solve — not just the feature itself. We build things based on real problems, not feature lists.
- For questions about QR codes: Check our guides first — many common questions are answered there in detail. If your question isn't covered, send it over and we may add it to the FAQ.
What we can't help with
- Scanning problems with third-party QR codes: If you're having trouble scanning a QR code you didn't generate here, we can't diagnose it. Try a different scanning app, or check our troubleshooting FAQ.
- Account issues: QRGlyph has no accounts. If you received an email about a "QRGlyph account," it wasn't from us — it may be a phishing attempt.
- Legal or copyright disputes: We can't provide legal advice and we don't arbitrate content-related disputes. QR codes generated here are static files — we have no record of what was encoded.
- Recovering encoded content: We don't store QR codes or their content. If you've lost a QR code you generated here, we can't recover it. To decode a code you still have an image of, use any standard QR scanner app.
Press and partnership inquiries
